  • Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure. Data is stored securely with encryption at rest.

  • Account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation
  • Conversation and SMS data is retained for 12 months for analytics and service improvement purposes
  • Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
