SMS Messaging Service

SmartlyBridge AI provides an AI-powered SMS receptionist service on behalf of participating businesses. When you text a number powered by SmartlyBridge AI, you are interacting with an automated system that will respond to your inquiries, provide business information, and assist with scheduling.

Consent

By sending an SMS message to a SmartlyBridge AI-powered number, you consent to receive automated text message responses related to your inquiry. This is not a subscription marketing service. Messages are sent only in direct response to your conversations.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the service. You will receive responses only when you initiate or continue a conversation. Typical interactions include:

  • Responses to your inquiries (1-5 messages per conversation)
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Follow-up messages related to your service request

You will not receive more than 10 messages per day unless you actively continue a conversation.

Opting Out

To stop receiving messages:

Reply STOP to any message

You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you initiate a new conversation.

Our service supports all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Service availability may vary for international numbers.

AI-Generated Responses

Messages you receive are generated by an artificial intelligence system acting on behalf of the business you are contacting. While the AI strives for accuracy:

  • Responses may not always be perfectly accurate
  • The AI cannot handle emergencies — call 911 for emergencies
  • For critical matters, request to speak with a human representative

Privacy

Your phone number and message content are collected to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing purposes.
